Welcome to Big Boss Pizza. These Terms govern your use of bigbosspizza.ca and your orders with us. By using our Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us — Big Boss Pizza is a restaurant at #108 – 5188 Westminster Hwy, Richmond, BC V7C 5S7, offering dine-in, takeout, and online ordering.

2. Orders — All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once confirmed, we begin preparing your food — please review carefully before submitting. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (fraud, pricing errors, unavailability). You must provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information.

3. Pricing & Payment — Prices are in CAD and subject to applicable taxes. Prices and menu items may change without notice. Payment is required at time of ordering through our secure providers.

4. No Refunds — All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any orders. Because our food is freshly prepared to order, we cannot provide refunds once an order is placed and confirmed. If there's a problem — a missing or incorrect item — call us right away at 604-284-0036 and we'll do our best to make it right, at our sole discretion.

5. Order Cancellations — Orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun. To change or cancel, call 604-284-0036 immediately; we cannot guarantee a change is possible.

6. Allergies & Dietary Information — Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, nuts, eggs, and other allergens. While we offer gluten-free and cauliflower crust options, we cannot guarantee any item is free of allergens or cross-contamination. If you have an allergy, contact us before ordering.

7. Delivery & Pickup — Estimated times are approximate and not guaranteed. Please be available to receive delivery orders; we are not responsible for orders left unattended after delivery.

8. Intellectual Property — All Site content (name, logo, images, menu, design) is the property of Big Boss Pizza and may not be used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability — To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond the amount you paid for your order.

10. Governing Law — These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada. Disputes will be handled in BC courts.

11. Changes to These Terms — We may update these Terms; changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
